SUGGESTION: Freddy Fazbear surgery
Like they did with TF2, they should cross over with Five Nights At Freddy's and have an animatronic surgery. Take out Freddy's innards and find circuit boards, panels, wires, and......an actual heart....

I don't know if I hate this idea and it's the worst one I've ever heard...

I must beg to differ, I have yet to hear a better idea since the cook simulator DLC. Of course, I have yet to achieve my masters in imagination, so I'm not the one to consult wilth in such matters.

I could imagine - if you don't complete the mission in time, you get attacked by the other animatronics... And no blood level is displayed, just a power level.

Well... When you posted that I assumed you were bluffing... But you actually made that a thing. I'm no brony, I've seen the show, not quite my cup of tea, though I have a feeling it's a tad bit more unlikely than good ol' Freddy, due to the target audience in-mind. Though you mentioned a cutey mark removal... I could see a tatoo removal and replacement mission for Surgeon Simulator happening.

I'm pretty sure MLP is more mainstream that Five Nights.

you have to cut off the ass cheek then replace it
