Keys Resetting
Every time I quit the game and re-enter my keybinds reset to their defaults.
Any fix for this?

There is an option at the top to save key bindings, that might be what you're missing. Otherwise I'm not sure.

Oh man I can't believe it, you were right.

Somehow I didn't see the 'save' option at the top. I just expected it automatically saved.

I was playing with the rebound keys the other day, quit, then when I tried to play today they were reset.
Somehow I didn't see the 'save' option.

For the next update, key bindings will save automatically when you exit the options screen.
