Question about storing Exp
Is it a good idea to run several games just to store exp for the guy you wanna use down the road? or should i ignore it

If you want to do one of those 5th level starts it is probably a good idea and REALLY key to trying one of those later level starts. Not sure what kind of exp is required to make a, say, 15th level start viable, but I'd assume dozens of full xp dop offs.

SO basically making a char levle up all the way to floor 15 then just dropping all exp into it? Whe ni drop exp is it just the exp i have for that level? say the exp from lvl 5-6 in which cause u lose the exp you gained that floor

If you want to do a lower start, save enough for enough levels for where you plan on starting plus IMO a bit more as your character will NOT have had all the 'natural' skill levling that would have come from it doing things on the way to that point (eg foraging). Try to make up for this with good gear too.

yea i totally dont see the benefit of storing exp according to the links given to me in the previous post :/ If you can only use 5 levels of skill points then it seems pretty useless :/

I assume that cap is based on the starrting dungeon level.

While I've never used the blue room start for any floor but 5, my understanding from dev comments is the same as Lord Gek's- the amount of times you can pump a skill is tied to the floor you start on.

So Floor 5 is 5x, Floor 10 is 10x, Floor 15 is 15x... If anyone could confirm, that would be great though.

Still pretty useless though seeing as id lose out on natural skill points gained by using skills that have below 45 pts in them which is pretty important @.@ id prefer if we could maybe get 10 skill pts max per every 5 floors

The advantage is having full bars and no wear on your gear (unless you stored worn out gear, but your starting gear for the character will be 'fresh'). That is a bigger and bigger deal as you might appreciate - but you do lose out on the natural skill progression you would have had on your way to that starting level. It is a trade-off.

I like to store things for races I'm not currently playing or things I have little current use for as my character is doing well in that field - for instance, having loads of rifle ammo but no rifle or a Liir Learning Whatchamacallit.

15th lvl of char requires 52500 exp totally
20th lvl of char requires 95000 exp totally
bar is always shows only how much exp need for next level
