quick & fast mode

how are the xp-gains in these modes? is it i.e. possible to max up a psion or aren´t there enough level-ups since there are less rooms over all?

+10% xp for Quick, +50% xp for Fast. The endgame xp seems to be comparable, at least to me. Also, since there are less enemies, you gear tends to stretch a little further. For instance, a Fast blueroom run on the Striker is a fair bit easier since you don't have to pack nearly as much food.

It says it in game when you select those modes.

the game didn´t tell me the percentage stated above when i started a quick game...

It says it in the tooltip that pops up if you hover over the button to select a quick or fast game.
