image saving issue
Hello,
So I made 2 scetches yesterday and saved them in jpg format, the first one was fine and all, but the second one, no matter what I do ends up with random suqers on the drawing. Some help would be much appreciated.

ok it should be related to this reported[forum.bleank.com] bug.
Same suggestion please send us the images ( BKD, JPG and .Log )

Sure thing, I'll try to do it this weekend.

Yeah I've had the same issue, tried saving a 4k background I made and its corrupted or something,. http://i.imgur.com/aFkmabR.png Zooming out in the canvas the blocks disappear http://i.imgur.com/k2xfCo6.png But the image is still corrupted.

:Edit: It seemed restarting and loading the BKD fixed the squares, merging all the layers it saved normally.

humm :( for the moment we had report only for user having the combo : AMD GPU / Window 10 6.2.
Is it the case for all of you ?

Unfortunatly I got distracted by RL issues, and didn't send you anything, I do apologize for this :(
But I tried BI today again, with a new sketch, and once again I had the same bug, so I tried to restart BI and even reinstal it, nothig hepled. Still random squares on the saved file. So what I did, is that I launched BI in forced DX9 mode, and then I coud save my file without any visiual bugs.
I have AMD GPU with 15.11 driver and Windows7

yeah it's seems that there is a problem with some AMD GPU and Dx10/ DX11 API :(... thanks for the report

Yessir I have an AMD graphics card myself. Also, I'd also like to mention that I've been swapping between single and dual monitor configurations and the GUI seems sluggish for things like adjusting sliders when my second monitor is hooked up. My driver set is Crimson edition 16.1 and I'm on Windows 10 professional.

I do love this program though.

I have other report suggesting using DX9 API solve this issue ( but it's still not normal that the DX11 or 10 version produce such artifacts )
Moreover ÆonLupus do you have multiple GPU ?

No, this is a single gpu computer. Sorry for the late response.
