Moreover can you open the Stylus option in Black Ink and then see if you can control the Pressure graph ? ( Main Menu > Preferences > Stylus )

If you have a Wacom tablet you can configure the pressure by application in the Driver settings :

I increase the sensibility in wacom driver, but still painting like using a broken pen (for mouse is normal)
