2)sometimes the foundation is gltichy you have to add a door to the edge, might have to right click structure and re-make
3)go to the reports folder on the bottom right of your screen, click it go to the prisoners tab and click on the green open button to close the intake
4) you can use the search tool in the forum to see if these problems already exist because they do.
