I Know when you very first play the game theres a mission to *kill someone*; now i have to ask, is there more missions then just that ONE at the very start

Not at this time. There may be more in the future.

My hope is eventually they release some sort of modding api that allows us players to create real scenarios (or missions). You can currently create your own Grants, however I haven't tried that yet.

campaign/missions will be coming but most likely further down the road.youtube Minecon 2012 introversion and you'll see the evidenceof said mission/campaign levels in that video, i dont feel like posting it again.

you can make grants?,do you have to pay extra cash to do so?

No. If you have any modding experience it should be pretty easy.

More information can be found on the wiki[prisonarchitectwiki.com]. Basically it involves extracting some of the game files (they are in renamed .zips) and editing some text files.

You should be able to create your own grants, as well as edit the current ones.
