Noone ever gets anywhere near them except guards.
Just built an attached visitation and parole room zones PC only and you'll never lose a PC inmate.

I never had any trouble like with my PC guys. Keep 'em well-fed. I had like 30 yellows in there with one fat guard, and that dude was half asleep most of the time.
Yup, poor guy. He didn't express any interest in the other prisoners, just decided that this guy who's preaching about [deity of choice] in a session he was voluntarily attending sucked and beelined for him. Got tazed shortly after, but it was too late for the priest. After that I decided that my PC block was getting a slight security upgrade..
So heed the lesson, just because you save their lives and set them up in their own small corner of the prison with all the facilities they could want (the sole exception was a library and school due to the fact it was so small, I didn't expect enough to pass to actually work much at the library anyway), doesn't mean they won't act like maximum security lunatics at times. For the record, they were all medsec to start with.
