CCTV stoped rotating.
Some of CCTV stoped rotating. Is this intended?

Some? Not all?

It's a known bug that all of them can stop rotating, and there's not much you can do about that besides saving, and reloading.

If they have red triangles above them then you don't have enough CCTV monitors, or your guard that was looking at the monitors went for a coffee break.

I just dismantle and then reassemble. Doens't cost anything.

Yes, only some of them. There is no red triangles, all requierments passed.

If it's not because your guard left his CCTV monitor post, then it's because of a known bug. Save and reload. Done.
