I found a bug when I killed a cook with a spoon when I tried to end the fight it didn't and I got A BUNCH OF REP POINTS if I tried to keep ending the fight or surrender I got more rep points and I was stuck in the fight even after being handcuffed and I had over 1 billion Rep points it went back to 0 after a while but that ruined my escape attempt I just wanted to report that

Not too sure about it sometimes it happens to me what I do is switch to another gang member and end the fight that always helps

It's a known issue.
It happens in dangerous situations and almost always during riots.
So far (as far as i know at least) nobody really figured out why or when these Reptuation events happen, so there's nothing you can do about it.

I find sometimes attack dogs become immortal and stuck and you get 1000s of rep points for attacking them.

I had a one like that but instead guards were immortal and you only got regular rep points
