Huge lagspikes after playing a while

So... I didnt play it since early acces, but now back. My problem is: after getting like 60 prisoners or so, lagspikes happens every X seconds.

Any ideas how to fix it? Im turned off autosaves and antialiasing, my hardware can easily handle AAA games on high. Afaik, nothing similar was before oO

auto save tends to cause some stuttering you might try turing that off or at least down.
opps nm.. need to read better.
Have you tried restarting.. over long jobs ques still lead to memory leaks and long pl;ay sessions can really cause nasty lag especially around delivery times.
