Failure Conditions???
So as I was starting my new Prison I wanted to make it challenging. But now that my prison is very easy to handle, I want to make it so I can have a riot. But since Failure conditions are set it won't let me without losing my control over the prison. Is there a way I can disable it?

look in the preferences.txt might be there look for something like failure true, something of the sort, just a guess too tired to look for myself.

It's in the save file, not the preferences.txt.

Save your game, click "Open Save Folder" in the game's main menu. Navigate to the "save" folder and find your save. Then open it with a text editor. Make sure to back it up before you do anything.

Either Find:
FailureConditions
and then set them to true.

Or, as that will unlikely show up due to it generally not adding OFF functions to the save file (because it doesn't need to), find:
ObjectsCentreAligned
Then put this quote directly below it.
FailureConditions true

Am i right in think you change true to false to add failure conditions

No. Turning 'FailureConditions true' into false turns them off so that you cannot fail.
