Female Prisoners won`t work in Workshop

Hi, i just startet a female Prison and finally built a workshop. Also assigned max worker count to it, everything is fine.
Unfortunatly no one comes to work there (they could go there but they just walk by)

Do i need to train them somehow or are female prisoners not interested in the workshop ? All other work stations (laundry etc. are full).

You need to teach them workshop safety program first for them to be able to work

Go to reports, bottom right side of screen. Then "programs", "edit schedule", find the workshop room and press on left mouse on where you want the program to be. Use workshop safety, not carpentry, thats the next step if you want to make superior beds. You need to have the program during work hours, which you decide in your regime. Try it out, you'll get it

EDIT: You ofc also need a foreman to do the teaching

ahhh i see. Thx alot dude ! Worked just fine. Didn`t play this for a long time so i am a little bit overhelmed by all the new featrues and requirements :)
