Bug - The Disappereance of Zellner's Book (Chapter 1)

I cannot for the life of me locate Zellner's Book during the stop the train bit. The book is apparently supposed to be located on the floor at the sitting area car, but I must have examined every single pixel to no avail.

I checked the patch notes from Patch #1, and found this:

"[A03] Book from the first scene will no longer be on the floor if it has been picked up before"

So, I tried without picking up the book, unfortunately, the book disappeared from my inventory after the bomb part and the book was not in my inventory during the stop the train part and I couldn't find it on the floor.

I haven't read the walkthroughs further, but I assume the book will help me stop the train, so I cannot progress further.

I have not found any similar reports on the internet, so I hope I can solve this without doing more drastic measures like reinstalling Win7/8

It got removed in a patch, it was a bug, just carry on it's not needed.
