Crashing Frequently

Everytime I start up the game, it'll crash. I've reinstalled and validated the integrity of the files multiple times but it seems to be random when it crashes. It'll crash sometimes at the beginning, other times it'll do it before I can choose what match to play it, and sometimes it'll crash while I'm about to start a game or while I'm playing.

Is this a known issue? I'm using a Radeon 7870m in my Alienware using Win 7 so it's not the graphics card. The game will freeze and become unresponsive to where I have to Tab+Alt out and I get a window saying it's unresponsive. Thanks for the feedback.

There are still a number of crashes we're trying to track down and stomp, but some more info would be great! Where are you crashing? All once you're in game, or a lot up front, in the system editor, front end, etc? OS? Memory? Video card? Etc (A link to a directx upload would be immensely helpful). We't rying to track these down asap!

Please upload your DxDiag.txt somewhere (e.g http://sendspace.com/ ) and link it here.
Run DxDiag tool (Start > Run > type "dxdiag" without quotes), press "Save All Information" button and upload your DxDiag.txt.

The game usually crashes whenever its at the loading game screen... starting game.. and it can last like forever.. when u think the game is taking too long time loading, it actually not responding thus crashed.. happened to me many times.. I would either reload the game or restart my computer until I can get to play a new game.

Upload your DxDiag.txt then. It's not how game should work :)

I hope you guys can get this checked out, I really want to enjoy this game longer than it lets me stay on.

And it's been crashing on me at the "Accept" "Decline" screen, at the screen to where I can choose which mode to play in, and the screen to where I'm setting up a custom game.

Okay this is what you need to do,

First update for Intel drivers:

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Driver Date/Size: 2/14/2012 12:47:38, 8086528 bytes

Download and install "Win64_153117.exe" from here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23106

Then you need to update drivers for AMD Radeon HD 7970M from this page:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-64.aspx
First try to download and run "AMD Mobility Radeon™ Driver Verification Tool". If it's give you drivers to install just use them.

If it's say that your hardware isn't compatible you need do that:
Backup important information from laptop.
Download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from same page.
Usually generic drivers don't cause any problems, but I'm recommend back backups anyway.

After you done with driver updates you need to check this video how-to:

Then you need configure your drivers to run PA.exe on high performance AMD graphics card.
When you done that everything should work just fine.
