You opened the door, value - $1000
If you think you own these games explain why you can't resell them.

And I quote:
Once spent, such costs are sunk and should have no effect on future pricing decisions. So a pharmaceutical company’s attempt to justify high prices because of the need to recoup R&D expenses is fallacious. The company will charge market prices whether R&D had cost one dollar or one million dollars.
Very nice piece of info, thanks.
Glad I waited it out. Knew there was something wrong with so much devaluation.
The drop in price when the game went from early access to release was planned from the start - or to put it another way - early access was always going to be at a premium price compared to release. In fact, the non-early access version was available for purchase during the early access period from the uber website, for $40 the entire time (they would have made this available on steam too, but it doesn't allow selling both early access and pre-order editions simultaneously). You only needed to pay morethan $40 if you wanted to be involved in the early development, or get the early access perks.
The game is about two years old and more ("The Alpha was launched on June 8, 2013"), game development is already paid ("Kickstarter funding goal set at $900,000." "44,162 backers pledged $2,229,344 to help bring this project to life.").
This is not very popular RTS. Supreme Commander has more players, is alive + this year, in addition to several new large RTS (Grey Goo, Homeworld Remastered Collection etc.) +
probably this year - new king for a long time:

If this will be "Supreme Commander New Generation", then Planetary Annihilation have big problem.
i was always interested in it when it was in the alpha, but the price was so ridiculous high that i didnt buy it back then.
now when i see it in a bundle already, i believe there must be a reason why its bundled and lost so much of value...
maybe it would have been better on long term view to sell it already for a reasonable price in the alpha.
