PA Devs Spamming Fake Updates to Force People to Read about PA:Titans
All day these devs have been spamming fake updates for the game so that people check the "news" section to read the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ article about Titans... BUY TITANS.

Endless spam. Now I regret buying this game, in fact, now I'm requesting a refund (doubt I'll get a refund), but still, I won't buy anything this company makes ever again because of this child-like marketing crap.

First update was to fix copy protection issue as well as upload the PTE build. Second update was to fix the Galactic War bug brought up on Steam forums. Both now added to the build notes, but as they are long posting them here so you don't have to dig.

I look forward to reading the change logs ... whenever steam pushes them to us. Iv heard we can read them on the Uber forms but personally I like to right click on "news" or "product update" and see the change logs. Any chance of having them pushed there retro or future on?

No problem at all :) We make sure to post them in the Uber forums, Steam forums, our website, as well as the Steam PA News section. I'll take a look at the right clicking to see what we are missing on that.

there are no change logs on steam. click on News > Client Updates. zero. nothing posted ever.
its just "Planetary Annihilation: TITANS is available now!"

We don't post on the Steam News until the update is officially live. This was for PTE which is our public test environment. We always push updates to that first to get some live testing in before we release it to everyone.

The small updates you got through Steam is due to small Steam catalog changes, which is the 2 mentioned above.

The following is what will go live tomorrow if things look good on it.

any time i ever update my mmorpg, i first write the change log in my game's notice first before even applying the update to the launcher. its pretty standard, in this case, Client Updates sections in the news is completely blank.. meaning is has never even been touched... WAT?

Ah I see the confusion now. We have them under Community Announcements, which is the default when updating over their website.

Yeah, on my other games after the update, theres two options, see changes or play the game, i click see changes and the devs have a list of the changes, here its just as i said "buy now". and the update is so small that it seemed like a 1kb change cause the download bar took literally not even a second. this confused me. you replied fast enough before i could request a refund. glad the AI got worked on. thanks for the speedy postings.

To make it even weirder, when you click hub admin, it doesn't even have that option. we'll dig around.

so in other words you are crying becasue they do not update the updates in the right section.

You could try reading the forum post or going to official site too.

i literally thought it was a guy in an office spamming fake updates so people read "BUY NOW" in hopes of getting some more money to order Dominos Pizza

Just to let your good self know, I am very pleased with the work done with PA since I first purchased it in Gamma. A lot of progess has been made - all of this I am sure you already know.
