Can this game be modded?

I'm not really sure if I should put this here or in the Skyrim discussions, because what I really want to see is Lo Wang's sword action in the Skyrim world.

Whether this is done by actually putting Lo Wang in Skyrim, or just using his controls as the basis for a Skyrim control mod and making the swords in Skyrim actually cut off what you aim at, I can live with it either way.

I mean think of it, use Dash to dance around a dragon while carving big chunks off his wings; launching Ki waves at him with S-S-RMB-hold-charge-release whenever he takes off...

I want to fight like that in Skyrim. I'd be unstoppable!
