Daikatana Remake
FWG I think you should make a remake of Daikatana. One thats actually worth playing....you obviously have a grasp of the proper sword play techniques and the weapons so .....when can we expect one?? ;)

I actually think this would be a very good idea because there have been remakes of awful games that turned out very well. But FWG sould probably get permission from romero first.

I think they have a good framework for it with the work they did with the Shadow Warrior remake and believe they could make a Daikatana thats worth playing.

If they were to create a new Daikatana, they will most likely do so under Square Enix, since the original version was published by Eidos, which is now owned by the said company.

Imagine FWH's latest game combined with Square Enix's usual affair. Tons of DLCs (most of which are new costumes), strict region lock policy, etc. I'm not against the idea of DLCs themselves, mind you, but they are the last things I'd expect from FWH's games.

Romero needs to be buried under a couple of tons of unsold Daikatana copies in that landfill that used to be full of the ET carts.

I might be game for a total re-invisioning of Daikatana...
