insane and heroic mode

hi,
i played the game on normal difficulty and the achievments on the lower (easy) difficulty unlocked equally, so far so good.

does anybody know if the achievements for insane difficulty do unlock too, if i play in heroic mode? or have i to complete the game on insane AND on heroic to get all achievements?

can i take my progress (weapons, abilities) with me to the next playthrough?thought i read something about this..

by the way..does somebody know where i can find a video for the cookie monster achievement (which shows where each cookie in the level can be found)?
i dont want to get it by the save-eat-reload trick..

If I'm not mistaken you just need to complete the game on heroic to get all difficulty achievements.
If you want to take all your weapons and powers on your next playthrough you can do it in ex-mode, altough If I remember correctly you cannot play on heroic in ex (insane at best).

I can confirme that insane mode unlocks hard mode achievements, and would assume heroic unlocks insane achievements as well.

Cookie monster requires nearly two full playthroughs. It doesn't matter if you miss some, it's about total cookies found.

on the "Cookie Monster" achievement.....

the easiest way to get this achievement, is to actually save your game before it up. that way, you can re-load the game everytime you pick it up (a good exploit)
