How can i setup a server for co-op?
I've been trying to set one up using guides but the guides don't show how to start up the server so they become pretty useless for me

10 days since the post so you've probably found a solution, but I did what "zoli700" said and it worked perfectly. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1616991
This could potentially save headaches for anybody else that want's to host a server to play on so I figured it's worth posting.
