I swear I've used it on everyone, including the dog and cat and whale! Can somebody give me a FULL list of characters I need to use this on? I'm assuming Eve and the Hooker are off limits since I need to remove the batteries to meet either of them.

I'm guessing you probably missed yourself, the three people in the cabaret (drummer, comedian, singer), or the two people in cages in the background of the club.

Also: You have to have previously talked to the people! I tried it without talking to anyone at Lefty's. Did not work. As I've talked to everyone and tried again, the achievement unlocked.

No luck, unless I forgot to talk to the barrel guy before I gave him the coveralls. I'm working off that exact list. :(

I've tried it several times as well from new games and saved games, with everyone on the list including the animals & whale. No go. Maybe talking to them all first is the key, as I didn't do that (I did talk to fawn, jasmine, and faith before though)

Ok I finally got the achievement. jagdwolf1983 was right, I first had to look at each kickstarter top contributor at Lefty's bar (there are 5 of them, including Ken Williams), then talk to them, then use the vibrator and it popped. As I said before, I talked to the main girls too, so I don't know if I needed to or not (the reaction from the girl in the disco changes depending on whether you talk to her though).

So look at them AND talk to them AND then use the vibrator? I could've sworn I did that, but maybe it was an earlier save file? I'll load up the save before I give away the vibrator and try that again.

yeah, if you just click the vib on them, it will say something like "don't be rude to the backers" and if you try to talk with them first, it will say something like "you should first make eye contact"

Ah, yeah I don't get those messages, I get appropriate responses, unfortunately. Maybe I had to talk to barrel guy first and I vibrated him first? He's the only NPC missing for me. :(

I know I didn't talk to the apple guy first, I just clicked vib on him and he said something about his barrel shaking (I never even talked to him or bought apple on this run).
