Report a translation problem
After that, try uninstalling everything. Then install the "Company of Heroes - Standard Game" first, the base game without any of the DLC's. Make sure all the DLC checkboxes are unchecked in the DLC box.
Then after that is installed try adding in the other stuff afterwards, give the base game a try without any of that content installed
You guys have probably already done all of this, but it never hurts to start at square one and go from there.
I've seen this problem come up ever since Western Front Armies was released. I know on the Linux version awhile back they had tracked this problem back to a beta update that screwed something up in the permissions. They had it fixed pretty quick, but it was something outside of the game that had caused it.
