Tracking the S-40 anomoly?

I've spotted an anomoly off in the distance from planet Puck, which is out on one edge of the map, nr Lilith, Pan1 & B612. Is there any way to map it's location, or trace a path to it using constellations?

I found the observatory gave me another switch to my ship that removes stars from the map dont know what do help

Cool. I've just realised how useful co-ordinates are for space travel too, damned if I can find the planet I left after I jetted halfway across the universe! I'll look for the observatory thanks, do you have it's co-ordinates? I'll try & seek them for Puck too, for what good it might do.

yeah, I'll check it out thanks. Puck was at 073.104.490 if you wanna see the anomoly (its the star with a circle around it in the sky) but I don't know that it will be any help in finding it?

well at the observatory the anomoly is on a constillation and also there is this spinning piller on the planet. i have no idea how to activate it well if can activate it. man i love games that make you think.

I found another observatory and named it mapuiy (uiy was it's name before I got there).
How do I find out what the co-ords are?
If you turn the light to the screen off it gives you a trail of all the stars you've visited.

If you find a star/planet/moon with a large flat circular structure on it, you can activate it by planting a marker spike from the navagation key in the center ring. A monolith raises from the center and the sky becomes full of constalations. I think you can probably use both types of marker spikes, the short ones that sit in front of you and the long ones you shoot at the mirrormoon, but I'v only had the chance to use the short ones.

TL;DR, we can create our own observatorys instead of blindly stumbingling onto them.
