Where's my discount?

Steam now has a -33% of 'platimum'.
And they also state that owners of the 2011 or 2012 versions will get an -85% of 'platinum'.
But when I look at the storepage for 'platinum', I only see that I only get -33%!!

it looks like steam limit when they put it on sale it didnt preserver discount for existing customers

also if you pick it up go to xlnation.net they have hundress of addons, fixes, enhancements, maps, models, ect and community of over 40,000 active members
