How to flatten land?

Do note that if u r flattening a hill for instance u will make the selected area flat, but then a sheer cliff will be created.

You can also download a flat map. Much more fun to build on since Cities XL is wonky with terrain.

Good day, to flatten land, there is a terraforming icon in the decoration menu. The basic tools are not that good, you have to constently zoom in/out to ground level to check if the land is really flat after terraforming. Since Monte Cristo is closed, don't expect more new content or serious patches, I suggest you visit xlnation's site to get more options, tools and buildings and of course, join in the community.
