What operating system are you using? Do you know what Graphic Card/s are you using? Tty to update your Graphic Card's/s' driver/s. If you don't know how, type in Windows Search "Device Manager" then click on "Display adapters" -> right click on drivers name -> click on "Update Driver Software...". Repeat the last two processes for driver found under "display adapter" This must search for updates to your graphic cards, and intall new drivers. Also check "Windows Update" (type in windows search). Also what is your computer manufacturer?

Note that you have to restart your pc after it installed updates.

Search for Nvidia's Auto detect tool, it will say if you need update. Also there's a program called "Driver Booster" it's freeware and you can trust it, I'm using it. It will update every driver on your computer, it is the best freeware tool that I know about. Try it! Just download, install it then run a scan and download your drivers if you have to.
