Please reset Cities XL Platinum:
1. Open the Local Disk (C:).
2. Open the folder Users.
3. Open the folder of the username.
4. Open the folder AppData (*)
5. Open the folder Local.
6. Open the folder Focus Home Interactive.
7. Delete the folder Cities XL Platinum.
8. Run Cities XL Platinum.
As soon as you experience major slowdowns with your city, please save your city then quit the game (go back to the main menu) and reload your city.

(*) The AppData folder is an hidden folder by default. To view this folder, click Organize from the top left then Folder and search options.
Click the View tab and check 'Show hidden files, folders and drives' under 'Hidden files and folders' in the 'Advanced Settings' window.
Click the OK button.

No mods istalled, and I even formatted my C drive.
Still the same problem.

4gb ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560ti
1. Press the keys WINDOWS (bottom left) and R.
2. Type MSINFO32 and click the button OK from the Run window.
3. Click File then Export.
4. Enter a file name and save the file on the Desktop.
5. Close the window System Information.
6. Right click the file and click Send To.
7. Click Compressed (zipped) folder then the button Yes.
8. Send an email with the file in attachment to: support [at] focus-home.com
