and yes its well worth the $4.5 which they charge to upgrade to it...
the performance issues have to do with cpu so if u get a better gpu it will run better
also go to setting and lower them if u can so there is less stuff going on
also try getting box with 8gb or more so it and windows and all the other stuff fits in memory at same time
also try running off ssd that should speed up disk io
other than that there r some tweaks so it will maximize use of memory and stuff...
It's the same game...there is absolutely nothing new, except the menu background, which now says Cities XL Platinum instead of Cities XL 2012 ...hell even the intro video is the same.
that is just not right
anyone can go to their website and see the list of changes they made...
