Game crashes at start-up
I get into the menu, when I start it keeps crashing.

- Latest graphic drivers
- Good enough computer (ultra on all other games)
- Deleted C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive

Done some more stuff.

- Uninstalled the game.
- Deleted the folder in %appdata%
- Deleted the remaining file in install directory
- Removed every registry containing the word "cities"
- Re-installed the game
- Unticked "Steam over-lay in-game" in Steam
Still crashes.

OBSERVE: The Tutorial works fine, so it has nothing to do with graphics or drivers, it's something else.

edit: also, the file mentioned in the first error doesn't exist so it's not weird it can't open it...
