you have a bad city save

so just go find the bad city and rename it or just delete it


if you dont want access to any existing city save just do this

rename

to

I tried it and still not working ==
this happened 2 days ago,I still can work the game properly, till STEAM shown a msg that required me to upload or download some specific files to cloud, and I was randomly choose one of the option to continue my game, and its failed T.T

look at your error u have bad city save, u just cant delete the city since they have file that references the city you have. so you would have had to fix it by deleting the bad city, but also have gone to the file that stores a list of the cities you have and removed the name out properly, which is not going to happen

so its easier to

rename
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive\Cities XL 2012
to
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive\Cities XL 2012.org

that removes all cities. if u have some cities u do want u can search web of how to bring them over. its not that hard.

actually u can also search web for how to remove a city properly

all quite technical stuff since u will have to learn a little how cities xl stores cities.

xlnation.net is a good source for information on all this.
