Game wont run, i want my money back. Now. every time i run the game, i get an error message. I payed £19.99 for this game and cant even play it! this is a joke becuase no one knows how to fix my error. i just want my money back without hastle. I dont want a theory on hjow to fix it, i just want a refund. Thank you.

steams TOS clearly states no refunds. you bought the license to play the game, certainly no guarantee that it will work on your computer.
there are top selling games on steam that require Everyone to go to there developers website and download numerous patches via torrent.
you dont bother to say what you have or havent tried, many games (if not all) require some adjustments on one system or another
just a guess. try running as administrator when you launch the game.
disable any antivirus.
make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
etc etc

yeah make sure windows, drivers, c/c++ runtime, .net runtime, directx runtime, etc are all updated

also post what is at end of last log file

Like the two posts above, every system is different and there are a million different possible things that could prevent a piece of software from running. If you’re on a PC then you should be aware of that fact, and if the odd thing doesn't run, well... so be it. Either deal with it or get a console (everything's pretty much guaranteed to run on one)

"I want my Money back RIGHT NOW!" god you sound like a two year old...and yelling at the forums isn't going to do anything for you, you want your money back maybe talk to steam...you know the people you gave your money too...(even though the Devs went out of business ages ago so good luck with that)
