HOW TO REGISTER USING STEAM

WHEN I VISIT RAGNAROK ONLINE 2 WEBSITE AND CLICK REGISTER, "PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAY" THERE IS AN ERROR. PLEASE HELP ME, THANK YOU.

The client doesn't use chrome. After making an account on Warpportal's website, submit a ticket requesting them to link the two accounts together.

thanks for the help, i tried it in cellphone, and the page is working, then when i try again in pc and in other computer shop its not working, problem solved anyway. many thanks,

one more thing, when i logged in, i chose odin the one and only server, then when i pick any of the channels, the client shutdown, so i never play RO2 at all. is it still up?
