The real question is why games aren't automatically unlocked at Midnight UTC instead of having everyone wait for American time to catch up.

Or maybe people like me upgraded their pc months ago and got the game free with the videocard and have been waiting MONTHS to see what the ♥♥♥♥ this game is about and when the dev's push the game back constantly and say it's released today then don't release it at midnight. That's enough to make someone ask wtf is going on rather than wanting to see their stupid page.
