Crysis crashes everytime I start the game

I am very disappointed with this. I have just built a new rig and everything flies along except steam and crysis. win x86-64 16 gig ram amd fx 8320 oct core and geforse gtx 650ti. If this game does not work then I want my money back. The system I have is quite normal and all works well so tell me please what is going on.
