how to reinstall tNotR without losing saves?
Game started to crash, display multiple textures on screen or white areas instead of characters. Tried milions of options, lowering visual quality etc. but it's impossible to play. If I click on "delete local content" on Steam, will I lose my saves?

Hey look, another player with the same problem as most others. Patch soon please, Daedalic? :)

Its got steam cloud support - probably won't lose saves.

Saves are usually not deleted when deleting the game in Steam. You could find them in (Windows 7) - "C:/Users/*your name*/Appdata/Local/Daedalic Entertainment/The Night of the Rabbit/".

Thank you @uka7777 I couldn't find location of saves on my disc. I hope reinstallation will help because I really admire the game...

I'd be interested to hear if the reinstall works? Haven't tried it yet but I guess I should, another player here with the same issues... :(

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it : the graphic issue stays. I tried to switch between the graphic options, but no amelioration. I think we just have to wait for Daedalic to patch the game. It's quite sad for such a beautiful and well written game.

Maybe you could try downloading newer GPU drivers? if you got newest ones, try maybe downgrading them?

I uninstalled, reinstalled and everything is as bad as it was :( Nothing left but waiting for a patch. And it is quite sad indeed :(

If you have a Intel CPU with integrated GPU or an AMD APU you can forget about fixing this yourself. As profpachyderm already mentioned this is a known bug with the engine and Deadalic wasn't able to fix this since the release.
The only thing you can do is using a dedicated graphics chip/card if possible.

I never experienced that bug myself but I heard that it happens when there are too many saved games. Manually deleting some of them (both in Cloud and on disk) could help then!

@ uka7777 > Define "too many". I don't think 2 to 3 saves can be considered as "too many". I'm not sure that saved games are the source of the graphic issues, but who knows ? Where have you heard that ? Anyway, let's hope the patch will be here soon.

Jodaan, 2 to 3 is not too many. On one forum a person had 110 saves and similar bugs - which disappeared after deleting all those saves.
