It's free legally. Although it has some issues with modern systems. You will need to use the wiki to get it to work on certain modern systems.

Ahhh I see. Thank you very much! Well, I have a Windows XP computer from 2006 that I use mainly. It's a Core 2 Duo, and i've had at least 1 game that it didn't work properly with.
