Intensity
Anyone know exactly how to change the intensity of a certain exercise? It's not in the manual, and no one on the offical forums has answered. Thanks/

You need to progress into the game in order to unlock them. If you have unlocked them, then you will have to click on the bar. For example, the passing exercise has 3 markers that show the intensity, you can change the intensity by clicking on one of the markers (if you have unlocked it).
