warframe keeps disconnecting

Every time I play a mission. after it is over I cannot join a new mission with fail as soon as I click on the next mission I get an error saying I have been disconnect from warframe.
A lot of the time when starting a mission if i get the time waiting for players to join i then have to log full out of game before i can start a new mission.
Any got any idea what is going on?
