Good use for free 50 platinum

Should I save it or how do I put it to good use? What useful item is worth buying with 50 platinum credits?

yes buy more warframe slots, at least thats what i did, i payed 20 euros too to help the game grow. and always used for weapons and warframes + catalyst and reactors

It can take a LONG time to get the blueprints for a Orokin Reactor and then You have to use credits and materials to build one, so id strongly reccomend using 20 platinum and buying one to supercharge your warframe...

if you dont plan on investing any money into this game, than save that money for warframe slots... 75 credits cost 4 dollars (real money).... thats the cheapest "package" you can buy... you dont really need anything else except warframe slots, everything else you can find/build in the game....but it does take time.... if you buy warframe slots now, dont expect that you will use them anytime soon.

i did at 1st until i learned the controls and how to effectively use the warframe i had picked. in otherwords, i don't rush in "God of War"-style...

Catalysts/Reactors. Sure you CAN find them.. but they are very rare..

you can always get a bp for free,but you'll have to PAY for more platinum for the wf and weapon slots....

Once you get to the seven day lottery for logging in, you can win Catalyst/Reactor blueprints. I have more Reactors than warframes and am just holding off on the Catalyst ones until I know what I want to put them in.

You can even find them through some rare alerts.

I would spend in on Warframe slots and weapon slots as those have no free way of obtaining them.

LMAO It's good to know I'm not the only one!

Personally though, if I still had the 50 Plat I would have bought one or more of the color palletes. I love How every color overlaps in certain area's of the Warframes' exterior but the basic set is so damn limited!Q I mean there's no black or even near black, c'mon!

Okay, true. Some people get obsessive with new games especially free one's that are so good like this. I know I have. But...

Have you tried the daily login bonus "lottery"

It's dependant on how many CONSECUTIVE days you log in and the bonus is exponential, With higher tier rewards every day or so up to seven days as long as you don't skip a day.

Read something to that effect on the wikki and I was like "Yeah, sure."

Can't even remember what I "won" the first couple of days. I know I got a large health, some affinity and a rifle ammo bix.

On the seventh day I got the blue prints for an Orokin Catalyst!

Oh and the Alerts with a "?" as a reward are also a good way to get the premium item drops.

Only takes a few minutes to get the login reward and only resets if you skip a day.

Sure the Reactors/Catalysators are not so easy to come by, but they can be. And to be honest I had no trouble playing without any of those for most of my gaming time.
I also strongly suggest against that buying option, as the blueprints give you something to do later on.

If all this is highly about preferences on gameplay, however: You can not get more slots without platin. On the long run you will be more happy with spending your free platin on slots.
