The /unstuck command did not resolve the issue. It teleports my Loki 2 feet to the side and that's it, he's still lying face down.

Get another enemy to perform a knock down on you. I'm usually on skype with at least 1 other person on my team. We'll start fighting over the other fellow's prone body hoping a Heavy Gunner (or some such) performs his ground smash. That usually fixes it.

I have also had this issue unfortunately. In my case, it was due to the ground slams from the Bursa and later one of the Hyena pack enemies when they do their dash move.
