Stalker is a Sentient?

This. He isn't a Sentient but the opening cutscene of the Second Dream will explain why the game might class him as a Sentient at times.

Am I the only one noticing OP is referring to their screenshot, where what appears to be a fragment of a Sentient appears to be labeled "Stalker" when aimed at?
