is it me or does it seem a bit crazy to spend 11-12$ a month to play this game online even after buying it? I havnt even been able to play it yet so damn confusing just trying to set it up.

No man this is one of those annoying account systems its honestly the only reason the game is held back as much as it is. If you need help let me know some specifics kk, if you want someone to walk you threw setting it up I got teamspeak available too.

what do you mean by that. I have like a temp account, like i said I bought the game I have not been able to play. to many accounts/passwords involved it doesnt make sense... but does it not cost to play per month?

If your car gets 15 MPG and you drive for 1 hour at 60 MPH, that's 4 gallons of gas. At roughly 3 dollars a gallon, that's 12 bucks in one hour.

One hour of driving is roughly the same price as an entire month of FF xi. I can understand not liking the game and therefore thinking it's a rip off at any price, but for anyone thagt likes the game, it's dirt cheap.

It's dirt cheap and it works fine after the initial set up. I've been playing just over 2 months now and it works just fine for me.

I saw Final Fantasy XIV PC at Best Buy and as much as I wanted it I didn't get it after I saw the fee. I dont think you have the fee on console if you still want it or to look into it.

lol I didnt know it was a MMORPG I though i was buying the RPG. haha. ♥♥♥♥ I spend way to much monthly at bars alone. yeah i didnt want to buy a MMORPG excpecially if its Final Fantasy like what... I thought I was buying a classic colletction I could enjoy by myself in my down time, it was the complete wrong buy.

Better? pfft, FF XIV doesn't have the best SUXX job of all time. When/if they finally get around to adding Beastmaster, then "maybe" I'll check it out.

If you thought it was a classic collection of all the old Final Fantasy games, then that's just your fault for not reading the description on the store page. Hell and if your familiar with FF then even by looking at the title of this collection you would know it's not the old games. If they ever did at a Final Fantasy collection with all the old games in it (Which would be amazing btw) Then it would most likely cost more. All this being said, I do agree that the payement a month is a bit much, especially since A Realm Reborn came out. Personally I think it would be in Square Enix's best interests just to make this game free to play, or just buy once and play forever. I hate monthly fees -.-

I was in the beta for Final Fantasy A Realm Reborn and I can truly say that THAT game is worth a monthly fee. I've never tried this game though, but since a Realm Reborn came out I think they should stop charging monthly fees for this Mmorpg

well im not familair with the series just played them a few times.. I bought it in a a drunken stooper, atleast it was on sale tho... couldnt imagine paying full price to find out I bought ♥♥♥♥.
