FINAL FANTASY® XI: Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition NA

Installed Seekers addition but doesn't show I have it installed
I decided to jump back into ffxi so I bought the seekers edition and registered the code. Installed the entire collector's edition. Recovered my POL ID and logged in, but it doesn't show I have seekers of adoulin installed and it even says some content wasn't installed. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I didn't have a previous version installed so what I installed should have had everything included, and my square-enix account shows I have all additional services.

Before you installed Seekers did you manualy delete the FFXINA folder in your steam common folder?

#1: Check the Options List on your account make sure it shows seekers.
#2: Sry for late response, try to check files on the POL Client. (Before you login)
#3: If that dosn't work I'd try reinstalling again.

You gotta check options list on the FFXI Account Thing to see if you own seekers actualy. I know you said you bought it it just need to show up their too.

I was confused by this too.

Basically, you need to grab the FFXI CD Key from your Steam Library and then enter it on your Square Enix Account Management website. Under Services & Options > Select a Service, click "Add a service account". This is where you enter that CD Key. Hope that helps!
