I just grepped all loading screen tips from "..common/War For The Overworld/WFTOGame_Data/Translation/GameText.csv" for someone else.

Might be interesting for someone here too:
- All minions that can work in the Archive can also work in another room - Cultists prepare rituals in the Sanctuary, Necromancers raise Ghouls in the Crypt, and Witch Doctors can channel experience into your minions in the Spirit Chamber.
- All intelligent minions learn a powerful new ability when they reach level 5, so don’t neglect building a Barracks.
- Beasts are not allowed to train in the Barracks, as they tend to eat the training dummies.
- All Titans can work in a room - the Behemoth leads Beasts in the Arena, the Archon studies tomes in the Archive, and the Eternal crafts Defence Parts in the Foundry.
- Ember Demons will respawn at their Ember Rift 45 seconds after being extinguished.
- Exploding Underminers will push back both allies and enemies alike, but will not cause them harm - unless they land in a lava pit!
- Ghouls are not the brightest creatures, and will attack anything and everything nearby if the Necromancer controlling them is killed.
- Gold Shrines can be mined for a virtually infinite amount of gold, thus saturating the gold market in the Underworld.
- The Bone Chiller’s Frost Nova ability is particularly potent against Ember Demons. Quick Freeze potions will also instantly destroy them. Ice beats fire.
- Physical spells such as Lightning or Shockwave can only be cast in your own territory.
- You can manually pay minions by picking up gold and dropping it onto them. This also increases their happiness (since they can buy more booze).
- Quick Freeze potions are typically used to halt the advance of an enemy army, but you can also drop them on your own Dungeon Core to shield it from harm for a short time.
- Are your cauldrons brimming with redundant potions? Simply slap any undesired potions to destroy them.
- Are slaps not motivating your minions? Try the Obey spell or Work-A-Lot potion for effective speed boosts.
- The Arena cannot only be used to train Beasts, but will also entertain intelligent minions while they watch the combat spectacle.
- The Gargoyle’s energy beam doesn’t do much damage on its own, but it applies a powerful debuff that causes affected creatures to take increased damage. Pair the Gargoyle with a few Bombards to enact mass slaughter.
- The Spirit can be used as a powerful scout. Since it has no physical body it can pass through doors and defences that would otherwise block your more... fleshy minions.
- The Well of Souls can harm enemies on the other side of a wall, making it a useful tool to deter enemy Workers from breaching your dungeon.
- Though the Shockwave spell itself deals no damage, you can use it to push enemy units into lava pits or into your own defensive lines.
- The Behemoth, Archon, Eternal and Colossus are all Titans, and so cannot be picked up by your Hand of Evil. But in turn they don't need sleep, food, or pay.
- Transmutation potions may cost 1,500 gold, but in turn they can enrich an area of Earth tiles with up to 6,000 gold. Do the maths.
- Vampires cannot be killed by normal means and will immediately respawn in your Lair should they die. However they will still become unconscious first and so may be dragged into an enemy's prison. Only other Vampires, or the Empire’s Huntress, can kill them for good.
- You can cast spells on units directly within the Unit Panel, or on any unit in the Warband detail window.
- You can drop a Spirit onto a minion that is stood on a Spirit Chamber's pedestal, to give the lost soul’s experience to that minion. However this destroys the Spirit.
- You can pick up Defence Parts with your Hand of Evil and drop them on defences to speed up their construction.
- You can recall any Warband by casting the Recall spell on its Warband icon in the UI. Try casting Recall on the Rally All Units icon to recall your entire army.
- You can toggle the prop in the corner of the Crypt to prevent Necromancers from summoning Ghouls, allowing you to hoard corpses for a powerful Uprising ritual instead.
- You need a Succubus to work in the Torture Chamber if you want to use it to corrupt units, rather than simply execute them.
- Your Dungeon Core supports up to 5 Workers with mana, but each Worker beyond the fifth will lock 50 points of your maximum mana.
- A rare side effect of the Haste potion may sometimes cause the skin of the affected minions to turn blue and spiky. Fortunately this does not prevent them from going fast.
- Ancient engravings depict Augres with tails... But natural selection and all that.
- The Behemoth purportedly evolved from a now-extinct Red Reaper, but the relevant fossil record is unfortunately incomplete.
- Despite its humble appearance the Replacement Earth construct was gifted to the Underlords by the gods themselves, after they grew tired of hearing constant lamentations about construction mishaps.
- Did you know that Chunders are in fact asexual, and reproduce by vomiting up their children?
- Did you know that ""Bafu"" is actually a nickname, which stands for ""Badass Flying Unit"".
- Sentinels are powerful but also pricey - do not underestimate their high wages when payday comes around.
- It’s a well-known fact that Lord O'Theland brushes his hair 100 times a day, to give it that extra zesty shine.
- Apart from healing Sentinels and the Colossus, the Gild spell can also be used to pay your regular minions.
- Manufacturing Shrines come with built-in limiters which prevent them from creating more Defence Parts than they can store.
- No one knows what kind of hairstyle lies beneath the hood of a Cultist. Rumour says they are rocking a mullet.
- Not only does the Beastmaster train the little Beasties, but he also sings them a lullaby of slaughter to help them slumber on cold, moonless nights.
- The Bard's lute is a prized Gibson that he rubs everyday with Sandalwood Essential Oils.
- The most feared Underlord of all time, the one that brought more ruin and destruction to the world than any before or since, goes by the dreaded name of... Sammy.
- The Recall spell once used to work even in the heat of battle; but seeing only the lower half of a minion materialise in the Lair eventually stopped being hilarious, and so the current limitation was implemented.
- The Succubus uses powerful magic to take the form of whatever its enemy desires the most. Only an extremely powerful being such as an Underlord can see through the illusion.
- Most rooms allow your minions to work faster if they are surrounded by Fortified Walls.
- Unbeknownst to many, Crackpots actually used to be normal Gnarlings. Then they got into the wrong crowd, started sniffing vapours in the Alchemy Lab, and well... you see the result.
- While they never exercise their ability in your dungeon, Gnarlings are actually quite adept at cooking.
- A combination of the Outpost construct and the Construction ritual will let you claim seemingly unreachable areas of the map.
- Owing to its masochistic nature the Succubus will actually become happy when you slap it.
- All corrupted Empire units can work in at least one of your rooms.
- Titans may be strong but they are not one-monster armies. Always back them up with regular minions.
- Transmutation potions are a quick way to gain gold, but the Fool's Gold they produce is of low quality - it cannot be absorbed by the Aureate Monolith or the Colossus.
- ,G,"You can toggle the prop in the corner of the Spirit Chamber to prevent your Witch Doctors from imbuing experience into the minions on the pedestals (expensive), allowing you to drop Spirits onto your minions instead.
- You can toggle the prop in the corner of the Arena to prevent your Beastmasters from automatically starting fights, if you want your Beasts to be ready for battle.
- Vampires may seem weak when you first summon them, but their resilience and ability to regain health with every attack ensures high-level Vampires are terrifying foes.
- Unlike intelligent minions Beasts die instantly rather than becoming unconscious, and so cannot be rescued or imprisoned.
- If you want to order a Warband to attack a specific target like an Inhibitor you can place the Rally flag directly upon it, causing all minions within the Warband to prioritise that target above any others.
- The Rampart is a protective barrier for your existing defences, but it will block the movement of minions and enemies. Be sure to leave a path so minions can still get through your defensive line.

Nice post! I learned something, mainly that you can slap potions to destroy them.

Actually not a typo, just English being a silly language with our ridiculous ways of spelling things.

Unbeknownst means: Being unknown to most people.
