What Gabe has to do with this? Doom is already on steam and even then, its more a prerogative on ID's part.

Oh but I can name several games which STILL have the red cross which nobody ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about. l4d, halflife, duke nukem, and many others. Why would they care anyway? Do they not want free advertizing?

Its because its just common sense. making multiple posts right after another is almost always a bad idea, and its a habit you should avoid (it gets you banned most OTHER forums) And necroing is always frowned upon, and likewise, also bannable...I'm just trying to help the guy out, and keep him from getting banned somewhere in the future because of a stupid mistake.
