Couple of Mods i'm looking for...

Okay so I was watching an lp by wickydoo and he was using the brutal doom mod and something that made the items in co-op respawn indefinitely. I was wondering if you fine chaps could point me in the direction of such mods or alternatively tell me how I might find and install these items.
