...where -file was the name of the master level I wanted to play. I had the zdoom.exe and zdoom.pk3 files in that folder and since I had already had zdoom configured for regular DOOM II I also copied over my zdoom.ini file. Maybe those launchers are easier but all I had to do was Winkey + R that one time and then change the -file parameter whenever I wanted to launch another level.
