What's your top 3 best/worst DOOM console ports? (XBOX/360 and PS3 versions excluded)
1. PSX
2. Jaguar
3. 32X (Also my most underrated one)

1. SNES (Who thought porting DOOM into this console was a good idea?)
2. 3DO (Jesus christ, the screen is too small!)
3. Sega Saturn (It's like they used the PS1 disc on the Saturn)

GBA ports of Doom are probably the best.

The PSX version is my favorite console port of DOOM. I have both DOOM and Final DOOM for PSX. They have some pretty nice features such as the colored lighting and new ambient music.

The 32X version was okay, but the music quality was terrible.

The SNES version was kind of bleh...I only played through it once.

I played both DOOM and DOOM II for GBA. I enjoyed them quite a bit.

I have not played the Jaguar, Saturn, or 3DO releases of DOOM. I have however seen gameplay of the 3DO version, and it looks bad, but the music is really cool.

You do know that Williams Entertainment, the developers behind the SNES port of the original Doom, also worked on the PlayStation port of Doom (and Final Doom), right? I guess you can say the learned from their mistakes. Nevertheless, it's neat port of Doom that I wish id would resurrect for today's platforms (that and Doom 64 but doubt it since Midway went under).

I'm also making a thread on how to set up PSX Doom Total Conversion for PC.
